UK here, it's brilliant for us. Lots of green areas thanks to enforced greenbelt laws, and places like the Lake District/Peak district/Yorkshire Dales/Scottish Borders/Highlands are beautiful and mostly untouched.
Plus, in Scotland there's the right to roam law, meaning "private property" is still OK to walk in.
