Do you wear any underwear when hiking/working outdoors? I've stopped since it's just way too uncomfortable and I don't really see the upside to them. Unless you're in below zero temperatures and are wearing long johns, wearing a pair of crappy undies or boxers is just a waste of time, energy, space and money. Even when it's rather cold (18 F) I can just tuck my base layer shirt and wool sweater around my junk to warm up. Take the Commando-pill, it's a lot more comfortable.
