Which trial is the easier the queens trail, or the other trail?

how hard is the pathfinding on it?

I wouldn't recommend it man, my balloon got shot down and I slowly sank to the base of it. Had to hike the whole thing, again, with this king guy behind me singing constantly.

Boundary peak is just a sub-peak of Montgomery Peak in CA. If you want the pride of climbing the highest peak in NV, go climb wheeler peak and then spit on anybody who gives you shit, saying you ain’t climbing no filthy, hand-me down CA peak. Then you can be a true Nevadan, assuming you’re from Nevada. Or go climb White Mtn like me as it is ez and a 14’er.

Im from Canada and in very good shape and never climbing anything that big but it seems rather easy, I also want to get a hotel in Benton California

I’ve got a grandma who lives out in the eastern sierras, I’ve been going out there since I was a small child and lived out there last winter with my grandma, hiking, backpacking, bouldering, skiing, and backcountry skiing. It is one of my favorite places on earth and I recommend going there 100%. That said,

Im going to Vegas for 7-8 days and on the first day will be booking a room in benton because of driving to boundary peak and climbing the same day are too much. It will be just for one day. I really love nevada quite a bit, even for a guy that hates cities, Vegas is still nice, I want to climb lone mountain in vegas too.

Idk if you’ve looked but Benton is tiny, and frankly I’d be surprised if they have a motel/hotel/airBNB there at all. The shit-hole part is a personal preference as I’m not a big trump guy. Bishop is much much nicer, like half an hour south, with a lot more interesting things and plenty of tourist infrastructure. Tho Friday-Sunday gets flooded with soCal people. If you climb at all there is also world class bouldering at happy, sad, and buttermilk boulders right around bishop, very close and could easily be fit in a morning or afternoon session.
