If I’m going on a long (like 20 days) point-to-point hike, what’s the best way to get back to my car at the trailhead? It’s specifically the Wind River Traverse in WY, and since I don’t live anywhere nearby it’s not like I have any friends that could come get me. It’s about a 3 hour drive from where I’ll get out back to the trailhead.
