You move here, move to any part of the state that does not have Las Vegas or Reno, vote red, and tell me how much representation you truly have when it comes to local and national elections. For that matter, vote any way that isn't full ticket democrat, and tell me if you feel like your voice has been heard or if you have a candidate on any ballot anywhere that represents you.
I love this state, it's my home, I actually grew up in rural Nevada, and by rural I don't mean "outside of Reno", unlike the posters in this thread, but there is no mistaking that the California supercolony is driving the rest of us off a cliff right now. I wouldn't advise you or anyone else move here; it's not a financially savvy move to make.
