Here in So Cal you don't really.see fancy cars n shit, but trucks and huge campers to fit Sand Rails, ATVs, UTVs, dirt bikes and then go get high and drink beer in the powdery desert sands on Glamis and crash into each other

Glamping, it's always fat beer gut dudes and complaining family's I don't really like.

I had a customer who was making money off those people. He would retrieve and tow stuck sand rails, trucks, etc. I can't remember the name of his towing company but he made a fortune off of doing that.
Here's what he was using to tow them across the sand.

There is def some uses for such gear. I have a camper shell/nice ass foam mattress, and a shitload of old, heavier but nice gear thats in my truck at all times. My out buddies used to poke fun at me for a "glamping setup", but makes for an amazing basecamp and they're all super jelly when they roll up to the trailhead after waking up at like 4am and I've been there for a night relaxing
