I went /out/ with a woman once, We went hiking in Big Bend NP in early November and it was one of the grossest experiences I have ever had. We did about 25 miles of the trails in the Chisos Basin over 2 days, camping at a trailside site. Nothing too strenuous.
The gross part was the realization that what we experience as a modern woman is entirely dependent on a large variety of mechanical and chemical processes that, when denied, cause a woman to degrade very quickly. Normally we experience women as soft and sweet smelling and bouncy. Hike one up to Emory Peak and then have it spend the night in a tent, less a shower, less rubbing creams all over itself, less a razor and soft fluffy towels and all that, and you'll see it fall completely apart.
They complain all the time. They need way too much light. They talk constantly. They don't know where to pee. Is there snakes out there? What was that noise? Can spiders get in this tent? They stink. They start growing hair in places you did not know they grew hair. Without a coating of makeup their skin seems far less inviting.
Long story short: Don't go /out/ with a woman. Leave them at home where they are in their element.
