10 C is an in between temp. If it's wet out and windy, you'll be cold. If it's sunny and dry, and you keep moving, you'll be warm. When you stop, you'll cool off fast.

Since not many of you seem to realized how Finland places on the map here is a handy guide. Meanwhile the 40th latitude sits right at smack bang on the middle of the us of a, us finns can't even get below the 60th latitude without leaving home.
I spent a couple of nights above the 70th latitude in a tent at the very northern tip of Kaldoaivi last summer.
