>>2351446>>2351454you keep saying "shit weather" as if texans don't stay indoors most of the year to avoid the sweltering heat and humidity...lol. I honestly don't believe you lived there, because the weather is amazing, i've never heard anyone claim anything bad about the weather other than it's cold and snowy for 4 months out of the year (aka get the fuck over it, 4 seasons > hot and humid for 11 months)
theres a reason your "mountains" aren't as "crowded" buddy, they're trash. I'll give you this, big bend is pretty but it doesn't make up for the lack of everything else in texas....great one part of your lackluster state is cool. it still doesn't mean the rest of the flat barren land isn't terrible.
and i'm glad you brought up your mountains, look up the term "prominence" it terms of elevation of geographical features. NH's tallest mountain is double the prominence of Mt Guadalupe. sucks to suck i guess.
you say you lived there for 5 years, i'm assuming you didn't spend much time in the white mountains, because if you did you would know that theres like 3 extremely popular trails and if you want to avoid the crowds just hike the other 42 mountains in the national forest OR you could hit up those trails on a weekday if you were inclined...lol
you can bring up how big texas is time and time again but i would rather have a 2 gallon bucket of pure pristine water, than a 5 gallon bucket filled to the brim with sewer water.
