Once you see one or two snowpeaks or mountain scapes in summer you just get repetitive boring little variations.
Its nice nkw and then, but not worth the effort driving and travelling for hours and god forbid staying in a shitty mountain hut for. Seen on sunrise seen them all.
I love skiing, i’ve play sports all my life, enjoy ocean activities like diving, and i workout all week. I have noticed the most avid hikers are often older people or physically inactive people. They have something in common. I don’t consider a hike here and there “exercise”.
And snowshoing? Dont get me started. Its one of the most dull winter activities possible.
