this was taken at the white ridge gypsum formation. super cool jurassic era rock formation. apparently the soil is very specific to that area because of the gypsum. its called cryptosoil or some shit and its a living crust that exist in the area. pretty cool.

this was taken at hidden mountain near near laguna res. i come here often and the airforce are always doing drills in the area. usually it just helicopters but on this day it was an osprey i think. they saw me and did a fly-by real close. almost didnt get the picture!

Very cool. I saw some F22s from a cliff in Lake Powell and waved a towel at them. The 2nd one did a full barrel roll right over me. It was pretty cool to see, and kind of picturesque

great view! the sandias are so much fun to hike up. i recommend you watch "Lonely Are The Brave". its a kirk douglas film where he has to climb the up sandias to escape the police. one of the best NM films. its cool to see because i think they filmed it before the suburbs started being built in the foothills,

Well NMbros. Looks like we're probably going to be evacuated here, yet again, in Los Alamos. Smoke from Cerro Pelado fire has gotten pretty bad the past two days. 50 mph winds aren't helping. We've been told to get ready and to have stuff packed.
