I am looking for a small, modern backpack with an option to attach something to the bottom of the pack. No more than 30l, waist belt would be great, wide shoulder straps. Great if in a casual style, non military. Any advice?

sso adler, comes in plain green if you don't want to look like an army larper,
I've tied a goat head to the bottom molle and hiked with it swinging around and pulling for 15km so it should be strong enough for whatever you want

Eberlestock F5 is one Ive had for years and use as an overnight bag, as well as for work every day. Its made out of a shit ton of codura, so its a bit heavy compared to others in its size range, but has been super tough for me. Plus it has a removable hip belt and is comfy as fuck. It could be easily modified to have straps at the bottom if youre willing to try it.
