would you go trekking without a gun? that's what has me most worried imo as a yuruopean for going autonomous out for long distances solo. animals ofc but people in cars would have me a bit on edge when you're in very open terrain.
And we all know a hatchet or knife is no good when it comes to it. Maybe I'm a bit naive here with how much danger I involved with really out of country travel by foot, I dunno. I'm not planning on going anywhere near Africa, so that's that, but there's all kinds of people everywhere and you never know.
