it's literally a machete and a hatchet combined. applicable anywhere with vegetation depending on the hardness of metal used.

overpriced though. should've gotten one when i was in nepal, but hardish to find something not tourist crap.

Because they suck for anything than chopping.
You cant even comfortably slice onions or bread with this thing. You cant even propersly stab anything with it. I have an axe for serious chopping and normal knives for other things. Biggest knife I own is pic rel, still larpy but infinitely more versatile than meme gookblade.

Ive bought a couple but over the years ive settled on one that i use for almost everything. I've been using it for almost 10 years now for yard work, going to the field (army), and camping. It does everything i need it to and i use it for damn near anything i would need a hatchet, machete, or drawblade for.
