Anyone have historical gear they actually like the function of? I started wearing a hood for larp reasons, but the utility has won me over.
>Easy to take off if a little to warm
>mantle on, hood down is just right for slight chill
>hood up surprising effective in real cold and wind
>Kees bugs of neck
Only down side is if your hood is made of a lightweight material it flaps around in the wind.
