Thinking about leaving my job and becoming a New York Park Ranger. so I don't have to just wait for every day off to get out. Never had any horror stories of NY Park Rangers, especially had a few up in the Adirondacks that seemed nice enough. Any bad stories about the process or position in general? I'm afraid they'll just stick me in a booth instead of going into the parks themselves.
