>yield40 5lb bags, first flush I get 1.3lbs per block at least, and you can get over two lbs easily if you let it go to second flush or beyond. So per drum cycle you're looking at 52lbs of mushies. Takes about 3 weeks from running the drum to harvesting under ideal conditions.
>freeze dryI never have but would love to try. Thought about building a DIY. I've heard it preserves taste better. But for gourmets you'd have to have this being done in a certified kitchen and with a business liscense, so if you're considering this you've got plenty of time to figure it out.
