Both my parents are Gullah Geechee but I've never been to the motherland. I'm finally visiting to see my grandparents and will be there through July and August? Anybody know some got /out/ spots in Gullah land? I want really secluded stuff.

I know developers are encroaching that's kind of why I am visiting now. I want to know the best unspoiled natural areas to go hiking, fishing, kayaking, etc. I want to stay in places with Gullah people though and not places with mostly non-Gullah residents if possible.
