I think we would be able to find the person who runs this account. Basically, he saved hundreds of thousands of frog eggs and had them hatch. I know he’s in the United States but I’m unsure of anything else. This is 100% bioterrorism to some degree and should be charged the same as the man who released a million ladybugs into New York.
