Last year someone recommended pic related for hicking and it's amazing. Great for the office and outdoors. Water proof, don't sweat much in them. Since I don't go mountaineering, they're fine.
Now I need ones that are not boots, but kind of loafers to quickly get in and out. But must be great also for hicking.
