I'm reluctant to get a permanent structure due to the cost and fact that I don't know how much longer I'll be living here, and the fact that I'm then missing out on free light (sun) in the summer.
I rent my mom's house, so she might be willing to give me a kick back on the structure if she were to sell the place, since it'd add value to the property. So I'm kind of rolling over just building a two car garage, but that'd be way down the line anyway. Just throwing all this out there in hopes of getting some advice. I would love to provide heirloom tomatoes and such to some local stores so I could show revenue to the bank / gov't when applying for a loan if I ever want to expand.
