>>2399765I had Zyrtec, I had Claritin, both worked in the beginning but turned to nothing later on.
Turned out my normal hayfever allergy turned into a kind of allergy that is a lot stronger, mostly induced by pollens and house dust but doesn't stop at sneezing. Nose runs wild, nasal cavity starts to swell up, eyes swell up like I was beaten up and develops into anaphylactic shock.
I use Telfast, the medicinal version of the generic Allegra brand, started with the highest dose of 180mg pills, now I take the 120mg pills because I can double them once in a while.
I still get mild swelling during peak hayfever season while fully dosed up but it goes away in a couple to 3-4 hours.
The bad news is I am developing random cross allergies with food, peanuts and walnuts are a nono for me and cantaloupes and honeydew are also triggering swelling in my throat, tongue and gums.
Tomato gives me a couple sneezes once in a while but I love tomato so I don't give a fuck.
