if i'm bringing a frameless pack its dead weight. sit pad's good enough for me and it'll double as my pack's structure/cushion.
if i'm bringing a framed pack you better believe i have a chair of some kind. if you're bringing a foam pad, the kind that are straps that turn your sleeping pad into a chair kick ass. if you have an inflatable pad you'll want an actual chair.
