Liquid fertilizer usage

I'm a first time gardener and I bought some liquid fertilizer and it says you need to dilute 30ml of the fertilizer in 9 litres of water. I only have a 2 litre spraying can, would it be okay dilute 3.3ml of the fertilizer in 2 litres of water ?

Is there any way to apply the fertilizer without having to go out and buy a new can, I thought maybe I could dissolve it in a bucket with 9 litres of water and then use it in my 2 litre spraying can.

Yes, you can make any amount as long as you keep the ratio the same. It's a good idea to start with a slightly weaker ratio than what the instructions say and work your way up as needed. That way you you'll let the plants adapt and avoid wasting extra fertilizer.

You multiply 30 by 2/9. It scales it down.
