What are those droplet percentages supposed to mean? Its very clearly raining on sunday all throughout, ut not all throughout monday and on monday percentages are higher
??

It means it will rain over 20% of the area. Brainlets read it as it has a 20% chance of raining.

So 20% is the chance of seeing rain during that forecast period. It does not mean the probability is 100% with 20% coverage of a given area.
