>>2409648I work at a provincial park in Ontario.
I regularly take half empty Jetboil cans out of the propane tank disposal bin and use them for personal use.
During beach cleanups, I pocket any fishing lures I find and use them for personal use.
If someone leaves something on a camp site and don't pick it up in three days, I'll take it and sell it on Facebook marketplace for money for fishing gear.
I intentionally tell fishermen that a certain lake is not good fishing, when in fact it is a fully stocked lake and it brimming with Walleye.
I will look on our computer for sites where people are not set to go to, mark them as reserved and then go camp on them.
I do not enjoy the people I work with this season but I can't exactly do anything about it so I bottle up my emotions and choose to take them out by swimming in cold lakes and going on really long hikes (in excess of 20hrs) I realize this isn't healthy or productive but there isn't exactly a therapist's office out here.
I regularly use a camping stove I fished out of the trash because it works fine and I don't like throwing away good camping gear.
I was going to go to school to be a business and advertising student but I realized I hated offices and that career path during a coop placement and I fucked up my college application so I think I'm gonna have to go another winter not going to school for forestry or fish and wildlife.
