Why is my basil like this /out/?
I'm new with plants, how can i fix it?
I water it regularly and it has enough space
I've read it can be fungi or plant-louse

Looks like sunburn. Did you put it out into direct sunlight after keeping it inside for long?

Well fuck, that seems odd.
The top leaves are mostly fine, they just have white spots.
On another note the parsley has the same issue

Plants can recover from sunburn just fine as long as it's not too severe, it'll just take a while until it starts properly growing again. Since both basil and parsley don't have fruits that need to ripen before winter, you'll be fine.
Just put them in half-shade for a week or two.
