hes been there for 40 years, back then land prices werent outrageous and the economy wasnt fucked and there wasnt build codes. try doing that now in any western country and youll be removed from the area so fast its unreal. almost every area in north america has severe restrictions on what you can build to the point where unless it makes banks, inspectors and contractors tons of money it isnt allowed. fuck this gay earth.
