It has nice paragraphs, and some tedious "look at all these flowers", which does not translate well into text, endlessly sandwiched between his preaching. The intro is just one long-winded self-indulgent "I write to preach" monologue. That's the point of the book, in his own words, to give as much focus to social commentary as nature.
