They're basically running a small city, so if a job exists in your town, it exists there.
Cooks, plumbers, builders, everything.
If you can do a couple of roles it's pretty good too. Like the mechanics I know all work on CAT gear, and could operate one effectively if required for some reason, and fix light vehicles etc.
Private visits aren't allowed, but fuck knows who would police that, I'd say it's self regulating as already mentioned.
If you make it, you wouldn't broadcast it to the world. If you didn't, who would know? There's probably a few people each year that try I'd expect - surely with over 6 gorillion people in the world, a few must give it a go.
