how the fuck do I wash a tent?
it gets more and more btfo and reeks of smoke. I've tried just spraying it on the lawn and it doesnt really work, do I gotta like scrub this shit?

If it’s a 2P or smaller, it will probably fit in your washing machine.
Use some tech wash by nikwax, not regular detergent.
Or hand wash it in your bathtub.
You shouldn’t have to scrub to get a smell out, it will soak in the tech wash

I think im going to build it indoors or on the porch actually and then just blow all the dust off first and then start scrubbing with a bunch of mr clean erasers and some dish soap. leave it inside built up to let all the odors fuck off

It’s just fabric and some hardware; like washing a jacket.
Or wash it in the bathtub like I said.
Don’t forget to scrub the zippers with a toothbrush or something

It’s a tent, so it’s it’s gonna use silicone impregnated fabric for it’s waterproofing, and not a DWR coating like a soft shell would.
