>>2424681I love it so much that I will always try to use a fly rod, even if I'm bank fishing or somewhere else that makes effective casting a puzzle (which normally ends up with side casting a tight window behind me or roll casting).
Also It's a fun way to fish topwater with WAY more effective lures. I think I'd have to go back to FL to get any hits off a frog or jitterbug, but so many fish love flies!
If you want a lot of hits on panfish in the area, a medium or small caddis fly floating with some fly-agra will let you catch as fast as you can cast!
