i went and got 36L of water from a creek today and have begun to boil it so i am no longer paying for water. this is fresh glacier mountain water that is crystal fucking clear and flowing.. though there could be a dead animal carcass or something upstream which is why i boiled it. i drank it before un-boiled and was fine but maybe got lucky. how safe is this? some anon said i could die drinking boiled creek water, others say its fine.. located in BC leafland fyi
