That’s the same umbrella in the pic. It is 100% identical to the old Go Lite Chrome Dome from 20 years ago. The image you posted is the same one Go Lite used on their website. I suspect that one of the SMD umbrellas is the same as well; I think I remember seeing that same drawing on their website years ago.

Consider this a guess, because I am a larper with limited experience so far, so it's mostly assumptions based on how I'd clean cookware in the normal kitchen:
Either apply barkeeper's friend if you have that available, or a thick slurry of washing soda (if you can't get that, baking soda may work too, albeit not as well). It should be so thick it's basically a paste. Let that do its thing for a bit, then clean off with water and scrub residue off with steel wool. If it's gone already, great. If not, make a water+vinegar solution (1:1), submerge the cookware in there, bring to a boil for a few mins (optional). Scrub again and clean under water. Should get rid of soot, polymerized oils and other residues.
The barkeepers friend and washing soda are highly alcaline (the baking soda slightly less so), which is why they work. Arguably you can also just not care and keep it on there, but those two should get that shit off really easily.
