>>2431161the problem is that we mostly depend on slave labor from 3rd world countries. our whole lifestyle is founded on consoom. the relationship betwee the West and these underdeveoped countries is symbiotic
>but africa is uselessthey have tons of natural resources we're exploiting. that's probably why we agreed to let them in by the thousands every year
>>2431168I have similar feelings and I'm vegetarian, I try cutting out on dairy and eggs as well, I try to be "sustainable" but then I see tons and tons of meat rotting in a supermarket because the meat industry gets subsidizided, trash trucks mixing all the trash together, majority of breeders giving 0 fucks, and I don't really know if it's worth it to do all this. I think it's sort of a noble cause but noble causes get exploited all the time, what little goodness and will to do good there is in people has been exploited by the more sane, practical people since time immemorial. It's just against nature to be like this. Nature doesn't work under Christian ethics. I'm starting to crack a little bit. If I won't have kids it's because I don't want to raise one or two alien drones for a system that is hostile to me and the planet. I'm seeing it happen with a family member... kids today speak in brands and propaganda mottos. I don't want that, if I want to breed I want my own kids.
>would the world be a better place with no humans?it wouldn't be anything. nobody would be able to tell. animals definitely can't tell. nature is mostly miserable. human beings seem to have this spark, this ability to be shepherds of the world but they immediately squandered it because it's too hard. all goodness in human nature is fighting against nature itself, it's like you become enemies with the universe to be the kind of human you'd like to be.
