I have a similar type solar charger. Its nice to have for longer multi day trips and it charges pretty well in direct sunlight but if its just an overnight or so id rather just carry my small power bank.. or just avoid using my phone

The one o bring /out/ is picrel. Use it to charge a wurkkos hd20 that also doubles as a power bank. Main use is to keep the light topped off and to run an aquarium pump since I hate those dinky hand pumps for filtering water.

clearly it was just a guess. But from my own testing, he is some-what right. My rigid panel 100w, does like 20w in cloudy weather. So 1/5 performance of 15 watts will be 3 watts....

Just make one. Two C60 panels. Small mppt charger and a few lg hg2 18650s or a lipo, and a quick charge usb output circuit or just hook it to a power bank

Also forgot to ask why? With the cost and weight, you could just bring a powerbank - which will be more convenient since you will either bring that anyway or attempt to charge directly off the panel which will be a pita

I have one with a module for the car battery. I had a Jeep for years and the battery would drain out after a week in the winter if I didn't drive it all week, so I kept it on as a battery tender.

Since then I've always kept one in the trunk for emergency situations. It's not going to get you out of a spot in an hour, but it's zero maintenance (no battery). The issue with keeping a mobile jump-starter is I have to bring it back inside every time to keep the battery warm.
