Is this thing an odd-looking common hogweed, really pathetic giant hogweed or something else entirely? To my uneducated eye, the shape of the flowers and leaves, the coloration, pretty much everything points towards giant hogweed, but the size. It's just tiny. Maybe merely 70-80 centimeters tall.
The location is Finland.
