He's right though. Instead of finding the most competent, interesting and entertaining participants they're trying to fill a diversity quota. Hence why we got a boring season full of incompetence and retardation. None of the top 3 come even close to the likes of the previous three winners. Pablo was just the least bad. He would have been pulled for starvation if he was competing against Jordan, Clay or Rolo.

We were truly spoiled with seasons 6/7/8
One dud season after 3 good ones, I'm not terribly upset.
I think the producers had to know this season wasn't as good as the last 3. I have faith the production team will study what happened and make s10 better so we don't have another hibernate-to-win snoozefest.

8 sucked, too. They hyped it up as this super ultra bear season, and conveniently failed to mention that no one was allowed to kill the bears. Clay got his pseudo big game, but apart from that it was a bunch of poor decision-making. That being said, I would watch all of season 8 again before suffering through another minute of season 9.

i know i know, there isn't a vagina or a brown there, so it wouldn't fly. but at least it would be an entertaining season; and would cater to the people who actually watch the fucking show. (compared to the diversity enthusiasts and who they WANT to have watch the show)

I liked the early seasons of alone better, when they were in B.C. and were able to actually survive instead of just slowly starve to death. That season where the one hippy whittled a guitar, and the fat guy just dug a hole and laid in it for a couple months, lel.

This season really pissed me off, the guy I wanted to win got yanked for health reasons but they let a 60 year old grandma stay? Fuck off.

This season was even worse. Can only fly fish. Nothing but grouse fish and squirrels and the occasional beaver.

I get finding the right balance in location is hard but this lardass shit wouldn't happen if there was more to hunt. Otherwise it's inevitable.

Like what the fuck were they thinking? Alone's always, at its worse, been a starving competition. This last season was probably the worst. They couldn't do anything fucking proactive to survive but shoot grouse, squirrel, and flyfish before it iced over.
