Rate my packing list. It's still a W.I.P.

Green items are mandatory.
Yellow is situation dependent.
Orange is "in rare cases".
Blue is weather dependent.
Red is just stuff I need to remember to weigh.
White are just catalogued items that I own and probably won't use.

Am I missing anything? Should I shuffle things around?
