Hello guys I'm about to go on my first multi day (2/3) out trip, in the alps, I selected an off trail path that goes over some mountain crests and passes through (not literally) alot of mountain lakes (pic related but that's just generic I havent drawn the actual map yet), it's north east of como lake.

I have ready been out various times but it was one day in and out, and I also slept in the forest once for an overnighter.

I have almost all the gear needed, I just lack a water filter and a tarp (but I have a poncho that can be used as one), and a steel canteen, but I may buy them before I go.

Do you have any tips or warnings before I go?
