Im looking for a nicer shotgun to shoot clays with and also run around in the woods. Main uses other than clays would be hunting squirrels/grouse and possibly bear defence. Are double barrels just too heavy? What kind of maintenance am I looking at to keep the wood from getting ruined by the elements? Are 2 barrels good enough to stop a charging bear?
Would be my second shotgun, first was a turkshit Weatherby that jams when you pump it fast.
