what sleeping pad will you be using?
what sleeping bag will you be using?
what form of shelter will you be using?
what footgear will you be using?
100 other questions?
that will all determine your comfort level (no you aren't going to die), along with your clothing. It is important to have a decent sleeping pad because it provides a layer of insulation from the ground, which in winter will rob you of all your heat instantly.
it's also important (for me) to eat a very hot, large dinner directly before going to bed (the heat from the food makes a big difference).
but if you have a 40 degree flannel sleeping bag and it's 0 degrees out you will freeze your tits off regardless of anything else.
if you keep getting snow in your boots, under your jacket, etc. it will be melt, then get cold, and you'll freeze.
also, cotton mid layer is useless if it gets damp, which it probably will, and then you're in a cheap synthetic underlayer which won't be that warm and a cheap windbreaker which will only probably keep you dry and certainly not warm, but is certainly not breathable so your sweat will stay on your clothes (i.e. your cotton) and get very cold....
my opinion - you will be incredibly uncomfortable.
