i can't get the chest strap on my backpack comfortable because no matter how loose or tight, it causes the shoulder straps to dig into my breasts and they become sore after just 10 minutes
if it's loose enough that the shoulder straps rest on the outside of my breasts, then they dig into my armpits more, and at that point i feel like the chest strap isn't even useful or relieving pressure from my shoulders/back.
to be fair it's a cheap pack and i don't use it for longer than maybe 3 hours at a time recently.
can any women (or men with boobs) tell me if there's a trick to get it comfortable? for now i just won't use it, but i'm curious if that would cause more issues for my shoulders or back for long, multi-day hikes i'd like to do in the future?
no this isn't a joke and no i will not post boobs. :)
