I walk my dog everyday on my neighbors property. The owner gave me permission, so it’s cool, but I noticed some bum is leaving trash all over the trail and fishing on the property. I left a note asking them to stop by they keep trespassing and littering, I’m in Oregon, not sure if I can confront them as it’s not my property, but I will tell the owner. Thoughts on stopping this douche?
