The fur pattern looks more like an adolescent jackalope in my opinion, hard to tell when they're that small though.

Never seen any with antlers. My suspicion is that a population of escaped pet rabbits went feral and grew and grew in the downtown area. If I sometimes drive my bike at night in dark spots on lawns I'll see a wave of movement - it's them. They're not dangerous and I don't think they carry anything too deadly so no one's doing anything about them.

Males only grow antlers for a short window during mating season, so it wouldn't surprise me if you haven't seen any. It's also possible that they're just escaped domestic rabbits that bred with wild ones though. Either way, they're good eating if you can catch one.

Jackalopes have been returning to their natural range for a while now. There have been sightings as far away as Minnesota but of course the DNR refuses to acknowledge the claims.
