When you look at picrel, the #5 is probably closest to that, though that only really covers one shoulder, as the fabric on the other shoulder is kind of used for the tying. You can also modify that #5 so it leaves your face free, making you look less like a criminal.

Maybe if you tie it loosely enough you could get the hood wrap to cover your shoulders.
