I agree it's not going to produce much but better than drinking your own urine straight unfiltered like those survival shows. In addition to the foliage, you should piss on the foliage and you will get more moisture and not waste the piss.

If you haven nothing but salt water on some island as well, use that salt water instead. It's like a desalination still. You would still need to catch rain water and drink from coconuts.
