How would one go about growing buckwheat, and how much space is required to have a decent yield for regular consumption? I have recently purchased 2kg of raw hulled buckwheat however the information on the internet seems somewhat inconsistent. I have fairly limited space to work with though and live in germany, if that has any impact. I just need a general rundown of how to not fuck it up, I'll play the rest by ear.
