I love those kinds of clouds. We get them a lot where I live since there are a couple mountain ranges nearby that create ripples in the ocean breeze, which then interfere like waves on a pond. I grew up in a place where the clouds were much more boring and same-y so I really appreciate the skies here. The sunrises and sunsets can be spectacular when things line up just right.
