I'm beginning to think that all of the "do xyz thing, and you will be happy" ideas aren't real.
I now lift, I hike and spend time outdoors (since childhood, but even more now), I limit sugar and other shit from my diet, I limit how often I nut, etc. I'm not any happier than before despite all of these changes. Is it all a meme, bros?
